Starting from May 8, poker fans from all over the world can enjoy the Spring Championship of Online Poker (SCOOP) on the website PokerStars. Three versions (with low, middle, and high buy-ins) of 55 various tournaments are available in the 2016 Spring Championship of Online Poker, so that the total number of events will reach 165. The total guaranteed prize pool of the competition is 40 million dollars.

This article deals with the most interesting results of the first 11 tournaments, held in the framework of the SCOOP. Simon "C Darwin2" Mattsson, a Swedish player, won the $1,050 No-Limit Hold'em Tournament with the $750,000 guaranteed prize pool. It was the first event in the timetable of the 2016 SCOOP. That victory allowed him to earn 38,233 dollars in 2012.

A player from the Netherlands, whose nickname was "etxnl01," won the $2,100 No Limit Hold’em Poker Progressive Super-Knockout Tournament with the $1,000,000 guaranteed prize pool. This victory brought him 155,058 dollars, as well as a special $53,135 bonus for the participants eliminated by him (bounty).

Among those participants of the 2016 SCOOP who are discussed in this article, Raphael "GM_VALTER" Moraes, a gambler from Brazil, has obtained the highest amount ($301,625) by becoming the winner of the $2,100 No Limit Hold’em Poker Tournament with a guaranteed prize pool of 1,000,000 dollars. Luke "lb6121" Schwartz from the United Kingdom received his fifth SCOOP title, winning the $2,100 Omaha Hi/Low 6-Max Progressive Super-Knockout Tournament with the $100,000 guaranteed prize pool. He won after making a deal with Vladimir "vovtroy" Troyanovsky, a player from Russia, in the heads-up round. The Schwartz’s payout reached $32,151.93 and 19578.12 dollars for bounties. Schwartz drew level of SCOOP titles with Shaun "shaundeeb" Deeb. However, both of them are behind Calvin "cal42688" Anderson, the absolute leader in this field who can boost 6 titles.

Tommy "tcblade" Chen received his second SCOOP title by winning the $700 No Limit Hold'em Event with the $200,000 guaranteed prize pool. He succeeded in earning 134,653 dollars as a prize. His previous victory in a SCOOP tournament was achieved in 2010.

A Russian player "otitov" and "Sinoire", a representative of Slovenia, made a deal in the heads-up of the $1,050 No Limit Hold'em Super Tuesday SE with the $1,000,000 guaranteed prize pool. As a result, they were awarded 235,304 dollars and 214,571 dollars, respectively.

The Australian player James "Andy McLEOD" Obst won his fourth SCOOP title and sixth COOP title by achieving victory in the $,1050 Pot Limit Omaha 6-Max Tournament with the $200,000 guaranteed prize pool. His payout reached 155,020 dollars.
