The stick is used in a land-based casino for craps tables.  

Description

Stick – a tool resembling a poker, which is used in craps to work with dice and chips.

The dealer with the stick is often referred to the stickman.

He helps the dealer to get tokens and dice located far away from him. Also, with its help, the croupier can move the chips to the client.

In some gambling clubs, dealers do without a stick, working at craps tables.
