Kahnawake is an Indian Mohawk reserve located in the province of Quebec. Its territory is only 48 square kilometers, and it is home to about 8000 inhabitants. License types of Kahnawake Gaming Commission

- Interactive Gaming Licenses - allows the company to provide Internet services to authorized client providers located in the same location.

- Inter-Judicial authorization - allows interactive games on the part of the co-location owned by the holder of the interactive gaming license.

Kahnawake Gaming Commission also deals with disputes arising between players and the casino. Any complaints about the gaming site licensed and regulated by the Commission must be made in writing to KGC at the postal address, Fax number, telephone or email address listed on the site. The Commission is obliged to respond to all complaints in a timely manner. Every effort will be made to make appropriate decisions regarding disputes between applicants and licensees.
