How to Play Red Dog (Microgaming)
Red Dog is a free online card game in which you should guess whether the third card is higher than the first and lower than the second.
Red Dog uses the term "spread." It is calculated based on the number of cards between a higher and a lower card. For example, if there are a five and a ten, the spread is four since there are four cards (six, seven, eight, and nine) between a five and a ten.
The payout amount in Red Dog directly depends on the spread. The multipliers in the paytable are shown directly on the table layout. Let's discuss them:
- Spread is 1 - 5:1
- Spread is 2 - 4:1
- Spread is 3 - 2:1
- Spread is from 4 to 11 - 1:1
- Adjacent cards - draw
- Pair - draw
- Three cards of the same rank - 11:1
The player makes a bet, and then the croupier deals two cards. Then, a special marker placed on the layout, which corresponds to the spread, appears on the field.
