Despite the fact that the World Series of Poker Main Event has just come to an end, fans of poker are looking forward to enjoying a new tournament. Americas Cardroom announced that it would offer packages to Punta Cana Poker Classic to the winners of satellite tournaments. Each package will cost $4,900. It will consist of an entry fee to the Main Event and accommodations for two persons. The online poker room will offer seven such tickets.
Michael Harris, a representative of the poker room Americas Cardroom, is waiting for numerous visitors of Punta Cana Poker Classic. He hopes that seven packages will help attract more fans of poker.
Americas Cardroom has already offered three tickets worth $12,500 to the tournament. They allowed users to pay an entry fee to the WSOP Main Event and to provide money to pay for the hotel room. It was also possible to receive packages to Punta Cana Poker Classic and payments for hotel rooms for four persons.
Since the WSOP Main Event is over, the qualifying tournaments will provide tickets to Punta Cana Poker Classic only.
The first type of qualifying tournaments starts at 6 p.m. CET on Sundays. They provide five packages. As for the second type of satellites, they will take place at 8 p.m. CET and offer two tickets to customers. It is necessary to pay $55 in order to participate in the qualifying tournaments.
Punta Cana Poker Classic will wait for the guests from October 25 to October 31. It will take place at the Melia Caribe Tropical in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
