Global Daily Fantasy Sports has decided to sign an agreement with NYX Digital Gaming LLC, which is a subsidiary enterprise of NYX, to provide a B2B daily fantasy sports product on the Open Gaming System platform released by NYX.
According to the deal, NYX will grant Global Daily Fantasy Sports a right to offer its daily fantasy sports product on the Open Gaming System platform. In addition, NYX will offer its customer base and be engaged in promoting the product. Global Daily Fantasy Sports will pay 500,000 dollars to NYX. The amount will be divided into three shares paid after signing a term sheet, making an agreement, and launching the daily fantasy sports product, respectively. 
Moreover, monthly payouts are also mentioned in the agreement. The partnership between the companies will last at least five years.
