Kurtis Boutelle from Frewsburg the United States, who cannot boast prestigious titles and huge total earnings (he earned slightly more than 77,000 dollars for the entire career), managed to become the winner of the 2016 Seneca Niagara Falls Summer Slam $1,000 Deep Stack High Roller at the Niagara Falls Poker Room. 
His victory brought him $23,807. The runner up of the tournament is Blake Napierala. Mr. Napierala collected $14,731 for his second place. Maria Parlatore took the third place and earned $10,267. She is followed by Steve Bullard, who pocketed $7,514. A fifth-place finish of Sammy Smith allowed him to earn $5,505. Bud Salhab finished in the sixth place and collected $4,166. The winner was skillful enough to defeat 82 opponents. Boutelle personally eliminated Tom Babiarz, who finished in the ninth place. Then Napierala and Boutelle busted John Shah. 
Boutell defeated Meyers after his unsuccessful call and took a lead in the tournament. 
Then three players were eliminated very quickly one after the other in the interval of five minutes. We are talking about Bud Salhab, Sammy Smith, and Steve Bullard.
As soon as Maria Parlatore was eliminated, the heads-up series between Kurtis Boutelle and Blake Napierala started. Boutelle had three times more chips than his opponent. So, he quickly managed to beat Blake Napierala. The heads-up round lasted for two hands only.
