The game is played on a field of 25 cells (grid of 5 cells in height and 5 cells in width). There are 2 types of symbols in the game: a green face in a sombrero, and a skull. Under each cell 1 of these symbols is hidden. The number of skulls on the field can be chosen from 2 to 24. The player needs to open the cells. If he opens the sombrero symbol - the bet wins. This winnings can be withdrawn immediately, and you can risk again and open another cell. If the cell hid a skull, the bet loses. If a player makes 2+ attempts for one bet (i.e. opened a cell with a sombrero and won, but did not withdraw the winnings, but tried to open another cell), each next winning cell has an increased multiplier. In Hot Mines you can combine cautious play, but at the same time do not lose interest. To do this, I advise you to make small bets (for example, 0.05) with a small number of bombs. For example, if there are 5 bombs on the field, the first correct cell will bring the gambler multiplier x1.21. This is not bad - you can already withdraw. The chances of guessing 1 cell out of 20 (the other 5 are occupied by bombs) are great.

If you want to add excitement, you can either try to guess 1-2 more cells after the first, or slightly increase the number of bombs (in my opinion, high chances of winning remain about 6-8 bombs on the field).

But if you don't pick on trifles, Hot Mines has a good interface - convenient and clear. The playing field is located in the center. To the left and right of it are shown counters of symbols - how many of which signs are involved in the game. Above the field there is a horizontal list, which shows the multipliers that you can consistently win. That is, if you win on the first try - get the first (leftmost) multiplier. If you choose the right cell on the second try - the multiplier will increase to the next, and so on. This list can be scrolled to the right end to see what maximum multiplier is available with the current number of bombs.
