Need For X is an unusual crash game from Onlyplay: in our opinion, it should be put in a separate category. There are no breaks between rounds (and our testers liked that), you can drive a car, and the multiplier doesn't constantly increase. Only not too good RTP and a high minimum bet are not pleasing.
When you're looking for Need For X, you may not find yourself at a good casino, but at a scammer's. At first glance, even we can't always tell if a site is honest or not - it takes our experts hours to check. To avoid wasting so much time, choose a verified casino that has games from Onlyplay.
To familiarize ourselves with the rules, we ran a trial version in demo mode, which took almost 1 hour. The demo game works for free, and can be launched on the same page at the beginning of this review, or at any casino that has Need For X. Almost everywhere, you don't need registration to run the demo.
We've put together a Casinoz list with those sites that definitely have Need For X. You can find them at the end of the page. All of these casinos have already been tested for honesty by our team, so you can go to any casino on the list and play for real money without risk.
On the screen from top to bottom a car road with 2 lanes moves continuously. The player can start a round at any time, without a break after the previous round. Once the round starts, the player's yellow car appears on the road. It can be moved to the left or right lane - there is a button in the bottom right corner for this purpose. Boxes regularly appear on each lane. Each box contains either a reward (multiplier) or a round loss. The player can choose which box to catch and which to bypass on the adjacent (empty) line, but you can't visually tell what the box contains. The multiplier grows not gradually (during the round), but by leaps and bounds (only when colliding with a box), by random values - that is, the second or third caught box can give a win of more than x2.00. There is autoplay and autoplay on a given multiplier (not lower than x1.30).
You can set the rate from 1.00 to 50.00.
Need For X has a low RTP - only 95%. After 1 hour of playing in demo mode, we spent about 5% of the balance - so the return on bets is really about that much. But there were moments when the balance grew up to +10% of the initial one.

It's impossible to come up with a strategy for Need For X. Each box on the playing field gives a random result when it collides. You can't guess or change it. So you can't justify your actions logically or statistically either.
The editorial conclusion: you can play Need For X only on a hunch and for fun, you can't increase your chances of profit.

The interface in Need For X is simple, in dark neon colors. We didn't like the fact that there are so many interface elements and blocks that it can get confusing at first glance, and there's little room for a field window. You can't remove or swap the blocks. In the upper right corner of the window there are several buttons: player profile, volume settings and a link to the game rules. The left third of the window is occupied by the leaderboard with 3 tabs (my bets, all bets and best bets), player statistics and a list of additional missions. Above the leaderboard is the number of players online (who have the Need For X window open) and separately - the number of players who are participating in the round right now. Under the playing field are collected all the control buttons of large size. There are 2 toggle switches - for automatic start (every time after losing or winning) and auto withdrawal by a specified multiplier. The auto withdrawal can be set to no less than x1.30. You can use the buttons to change the bet and multiplier for auto withdrawal. On the right side of the control box is the Bet button. If the player has started a round, the Turn Left button (if the player is driving in the right lane) and the Turn Right button (if he is driving in the left lane) appear in its place. To the left of the buttons for changing the bet appears a button for withdrawing winnings. When playing with one hand, this is inconvenient: you have to move the cursor or reach with your finger from the line change button. Since Need For X is very different from the usual crash games, we recommend to all beginners:
We ran Need For X on a PC with a 21-inch monitor, on a Samsung Galaxy Note 20, and on an iPhone 12 Pro Max. The mobile version is just as easy to play as the PC version. You can hold your phone and tablet vertically or horizontally - the interface in the window will automatically flip to the desired orientation. The mobile version loads quickly over fast home Wi-Fi and 5G internet from your mobile operator.
Casinoz experts' conclusions: Need For X is hard to make a clear opinion about. On the one hand, the game has unusual mechanics, so it may be interesting for those who are bored with slots and simple crash games. On the other hand - unlike ordinary crash games, Need For X is less predictable, because you can't see a growing multiplier on the field.
The rate of return to the player is 95%.
The online slot has no reels or paylines.
Players can bet a maximum of 50 euros.
