How to Play Spaceman (Pragmatic Play)

In each round, a spaceman flies across the screen, and as he flies, the multiplier increases. At a random moment the spaceman will stop and the round will end. 5 seconds after the end of the previous round, the next round will start. The multiplier in the round can reach a random value - from 1.00 (that is, the round will end immediately after the start) and up to x5000. The player can make only 1 bet on any of the rounds: that is, you can participate in a round, then skip 10 rounds, and then again continue the game. You can withdraw your winnings in full, or first 50%, and then another 50%.

The game is unlikely to appeal to gamblers with small deposits, because it has a very high minimum bet - from 1.00. And the maximum bet is 100.00.

Strategy: How to Win at Spaceman

If you prioritize profitability, you should be prepared for a boring and monotonous game.

The strategy is to take out small winnings in each round, and not risk chasing a big multiplier.

Look at the bottom of the game window - where the multipliers for past rounds are listed. Determine roughly what multipliers have been reached most often. This is usually a range of x1.10 to x1.30. So choose a value from this range, and display it without exceeding it.

The interface of the slot machine is spread on the upper and lower borders of the window. The font is small, although you can still read all the inscriptions. At the top of the window on the left is information about the range of bets and multipliers. In the upper right corner there are several buttons - round history, rules, sound settings, game settings (you can disable animation, separately adjust animation sounds and music, change nickname), another button to turn on/off animation and switch to full screen mode.

A lot of interface elements are collected at the bottom of the screen - when we saw them for the first time, we were confused at first. But on the whole, nothing interferes with the game, the control unit is located in the center. In it you can change the bet (with buttons < and >, and buttons +1, +5, +10 and +25). The button to participate in the round (Confirm Bet) is located in the center. To the left of it there are buttons to open statistics and to cancel the bet for the next round, and to the right - the button to double the bet and autoplay. In the lower left corner of the window the balance is displayed and there are settings for autoplay: separately for 100% bet and separately for 50% bet. They can be changed with the < and > buttons, or entered manually.

In the bottom right corner there is a hidden leaderboard, which displays the current online (how many gamblers have Spaceman open), the number of active bets in the round, and their sizes. Along the bottom border of the window shows the results (multipliers) of the last 15 rounds. For a quick acquaintance with Spaceman you need to allocate at least 10-15 minutes:

We checked how Spaceman works on iOS and Android gadgets. On both Samsung Galaxy S21 and iPad Air (4th generation), the mobile version features in much the same way - no problems. Animation is smooth, and all the interface elements are inside the screen (they don't pop out of the screen and don't bump into each other).

Should You Play Spaceman for Real Money?

To summarize, Spaceman is a mediocre crash game with a handy (though not unique) 50% bet withdrawal feature. We also liked the fact that auto withdrawal is available for any multiplier. But Spaceman is not ideal for cash games because of its small RTP and high minimum bet.
