Dragonara Casino announced its intention to organize its grand reopening in Malta. It will occur on the eve of its 53rd anniversary.
Its renovation cost investors 10 million euros. Inventors wanted to unite traditions of the oldest Maltaís gambling house and the recent innovations in the field of gambling. The casino will provide modern slot machines, a brasserie and sports lounge, as well as modified design intended to please all customers of the gambling house. It will also offer a new poker room with exciting views of the sea. The Marquis Terrace is the second restaurant of the facility where customers can enjoy delicious and exquisite dishes. There is also a cocktail bar.
Johann Schembri, a representative of Dragonara Casino, stated that the intention of investors was to create an entertainment and gaming facility that would be beyond comparison in Southern Europe. The total investment reached 25,000,000 euros. In addition to recently invested à10 million, over à15 million was spent at the initial stage of construction. To be sure, investors hope that such amounts will make the casino incredibly popular. Mr. Schembri expects that Dragonara Casino will become the best gambling resort in its region.
The equipment for live games was developed by John Huxley of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). According to Steph Nel, a representative of the company, the Indian multinational information technology service, consulting and business solutions company has been providing Dragonara Casino with its developments since its opening. So, the history of their cooperation dates back to 1960s, since Dragonara Casino was opened on July 15, 1964 to attract the attention of potential tourists to Malta. Mr. Nel reported that TCS was delighted to cooperate with Dragonara Casino, offering its high-quality products.
